What is the danger of
spinach, at least at a job interview dinner? It has a tendency to stick to your
teeth. There is nothing more distracting than talking to a person with a big
honking glob o' green
goo on his or her teeth.
To learn more about the
pitfalls of food, forks and fetuccine, and how to negotiate them with ease,
Niagara Univesrity is offering a Dining for Success Etiquette Dinner, led by well-known
business etiquette trainer, John Bourdage.
Tuesday,
Nov. 12, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. (just after the Resume Roundtable), in the
Heritage Room of Clet Hall. It's free! You eat for nothing--and how often does that happen on this campus? However,
pre-registration is required.
To
register, NU students should contact Career
Services at (716) 286-8500, or careers@niagara.edu.
